Digital Product Policy

Into the Mythos is operated by Aidelia Rae, LLC (“Into the Mythos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Digital Product Policy applies to digital products purchased directly from Into the Mythos through intothemythos.com.

This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Digital Products

Into the Mythos may offer downloadable or electronically delivered products such as:

• Printable journals and activity books

• Guides and reference materials

• Digital artwork and illustrations

• Templates

• Maps and worldbuilding materials

• Written content

• Patterns

• Other downloadable files or digital resources

The applicable product page will describe what is included, the expected file format, and any product-specific terms.

2. Digital Delivery

Digital products are generally delivered electronically after payment has been successfully processed.

Delivery may occur through:

• A download link displayed after checkout

• An email containing a download link

• A customer account or digital-product portal

• Another delivery method disclosed before purchase

Delivery emails and download links will be sent using the email address provided during checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking spam, promotions, or filtered folders if the delivery email does not appear.

If you do not receive or cannot access your digital purchase, please contact us so we can assist.

3. Download Links & File Access

Download links may expire or have a limited number of permitted downloads.

You are responsible for downloading your files within the provided access period and keeping a personal backup after download. We do not guarantee that purchased files will remain available for unlimited future download unless the product page expressly states otherwise.

If an access link expires before you are reasonably able to retrieve your purchase, contact us. We may provide renewed access after confirming the original purchase.

4. Device, Software & Printing Requirements

You are responsible for confirming that you have the device, software, printer, internet connection, and other equipment reasonably necessary to access or use a digital product.

File formats and relevant requirements will be identified on the applicable product page when appropriate.

Printed results may vary depending on:

• Printer and device settings

• Paper size and paper quality

• Ink or toner

• Screen and printer color calibration

• Scaling, margin, duplex, or booklet settings

• The software used to open or print the file

Minor differences between on-screen colors and printed results are not considered product defects.

5. Personal-Use License

Unless the applicable product listing expressly provides different terms, purchasing a digital product grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal or household use.

For printable products, the purchaser may print a reasonable number of copies for their own personal or household use.

Purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright, artwork, writing, design, worldbuilding, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

6. Prohibited Uses

Unless we provide express written permission, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away a digital product

• Share purchased files or download links with people outside your household

• Upload files to shared drives, file-sharing websites, membership libraries, or public platforms

• Reproduce the product for commercial use or resale

• Use the product as part of a product, service, course, membership, or paid offering

• Print or distribute copies for a classroom, organization, event, club, or business

• Claim Into the Mythos content as your own

• Remove copyright, trademark, credit, or ownership notices

• Modify the content for resale or commercial distribution

• Use the content to create competing products or collections

• Use Into the Mythos characters, regions, maps, stories, artwork, or other original materials in unauthorized commercial merchandise

If you are interested in classroom, group, commercial, or extended licensing, please contact us before using or distributing the product.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, digital-product purchases are generally final once the product has been delivered or made available for access.

Refunds are not generally provided because:

• You changed your mind after purchase

• You no longer want or need the product

• You did not read the product description or requirements

• You do not have compatible software, equipment, or printing capabilities

• You downloaded the product but did not use it

• Printed colors or results vary because of printer, paper, ink, software, or device settings

However, please contact us if:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase

• The delivered file is corrupted or cannot be opened

• You did not receive access to the product

• The digital product is materially different from its description

• Another technical problem prevents reasonable use of the purchased product

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue, replace the file, restore access, provide technical guidance, or offer another appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Product Updates

A digital-product purchase includes the version described and available at the time of purchase.

Unless the product page expressly states otherwise, a purchase does not guarantee:

• Future revisions

• New editions

• Additional files or features

• Ongoing updates

• Access to separately released products

• Personalized technical or creative assistance

We may occasionally correct errors or provide updated files at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

Digital products may contain original Into the Mythos artwork, writing, stories, maps, designs, characters, creatures, regions, visual elements, trademarks, and other creative material.

All applicable intellectual-property rights remain with Aidelia Rae, LLC, Into the Mythos, or the identified rights holder.

No purchase or download grants permission to reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit this material except as expressly stated in writing.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Payment processing, checkout, file storage, email delivery, or digital-product delivery may be provided through third-party services.

Those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy practices. Additional information about how we handle personal information is available in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for temporary outages or technical failures of third-party services we do not control, but we will make reasonable efforts to help customers access valid purchases.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Digital Product Policy as our products, delivery methods, licensing options, technology, or legal requirements change.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

The policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to the customer.
